Learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 has submitted that a copy of this criminal revision along with relevant document has not been served to him, therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners may be directed to serve the same to him.

It is further submitted that against the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence, a criminal revision being Cr. Revision No.1357 of 2023 has also been preferred for enhancement of the sentence, therefore, the same may be tagged along with this criminal revision.

In view of aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to furnish the copy of this criminal revision along with relevant documents to the learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 within two days.

As prayed for by the learned counsel for the O.P. No.2, list this case along with Cr. Revision No.1357 of 2023 on 9th February, 2024.
