st 05/1 February, 2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this criminal revision has been directed against the judgment dated 26th September, 2022 which was ex-parte and against same, the application under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C. lies to set aside the ex-parte judgment, so he wants to withdraw this criminal revision with liberty to file an application under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C. for setting aside the ex-parte judgment before the court concerned.
In view of the aforesaid submission, this criminal revision is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
Accordingly, I.A. No.6990 of 2023 also stands disposed of.
