It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that fine amount of Rs. 10,000/- has deposited by the petitioner as per the direction passed in judgment dated 06.10.2016 in Criminal Appeal No. 134 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi and as such, this Criminal Revision may be disposed of as this Criminal Revision Application has become infructuous.
3. No objection raised by the learned counsel for the State.
4. It appears that the petitioner has already deposited the fine amount of Rs. 10,000/-. Thus, this Criminal Revision Application has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Application is disposed of as it has become infructuous.
