10/ 13.10.2023 Pursuant to the order dated 06.02.2020, petitioner has filed an affidavit that he has already deposited the balance amount of Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand). The order dated 06.02.2020 has, thus, been complied with.
The provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24.10.2019 read with order dated 06.02.2020 in connection with C.P. Case No.363 of 2016 is hereby confirmed during the pendency of this revision application. Petitioner is allowed to remain on the same bail bond.
List this case before an appropriate Bench having roster as this case cannot be treated as tied up matter or part heard matter in view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench in B.A. No.3828 of 2017 (Om Prakash Bhagat @ Choudhary @ Deepak Bhagat versus The State of Jharkhand) and other tagged matters.
