08 /13.10.2023 Heard the learned counsel for the parties. On the question of section 82 of the Cr.P.C., the issue has been raised whether the anticipatory bail application is at all maintainable or not. certain judgments and citations have been provided.
In view of that, put up this case on 06.11.2023 and the distinction between the offender and proclaimed offender may be taken into consideration.
In the meantime, no coercive action shall be taken against the appellants in connection with Protest Petition Case No. 67 of 2021 pending in the Court of Special Judge SC/ST Act, Hazaribag.
