Mr. Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, the learned counsel for the appellants has concluded his arguments.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants has referred to the judgments passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Balvant N. Viswamitra and others vs. Yadav Sadashiv Mule (dead) through lrs. and others" (2004) 8 SCC 706 and "Jayesh H. Pandya and another vs. Subhtex India Limited and others" (2020) 17 SCC 383 to lay support to the challenge laid to the Award passed by the Council being without jurisdiction and thus a nullity.

3. On the request of Mrs. Khushboo Kataruka, the learned counsel for the respondent no.3 who seeks accommodation by one day on the ground that Mr. Arnab Chakraborty, the learned counsel who is leading in this case has to come from Kolkata, post this matter tomorrow i.e., on 12th October 2023.
