1. Learned APP appearing for the respondent-State, in view of the
judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Jagjeet
Singh & Ors. Vrs. Ashish Mishra @ Monu &
Anr., reported in [(2022) 9 SCC 321 has submitted that the informant
may be impleaded as party-respondent.
2. Mr. Gaurav, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, upon
such submission, has sought for leave of this Court to implead the
informant as party-respondent to the instant appeal.
3. Accordingly, let necessary addition be made in the array of
respondent, in course of the day.
4. Let notice be issued upon the informant, for which, requisites etc.
under ordinary process as well as registered cover with A/D must be filed
within one week.
5. Notice is made returnable on 12.12.2023.
