1. Learned APP appearing for the respondent-State, in view of the
judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Jagjeet
Singh & Ors. Vrs. Ashish Mishra @ Monu &
Anr., reported in [(2022) 9 SCC 321 has submitted that the
informant/prosecutrix, P.W.9, may be impleaded as party-respondent.
2. Mr. A.K. Chaturvedy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant,
upon such submission, has sought for leave of this Court to implead
P.W.9 as party-respondent to the instant appeal.
3. Accordingly, let necessary addition be made in the array of
respondent, in course of the day.
4. Let notice be issued upon the informant/prosecutrix, for which,
requisites etc. under ordinary process as well as registered cover with A/D
must be filed within one week.
5. List this case after appearance of the informant/prosecutrix.
