I.A No. 6733 of 2021 This interlocutory application has been filed for stay of the Execution Case being EC/516/2019.

The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, I.A No. 6733 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.

I.A No. 62 of 2023 This interlocutory application has been filed for stay of further proceedings in Execution Case No. 109 of 2022.

Mr. Shreshth Gautam, the learned counsel for the respondent appears and waives service of notice.

Commercial Appeal No. 3 of 2021 Mr. Pratyush Kumar, the learned counsel for the appellant states that a supplementary affidavit has been filed and a fresh copy of Annexure-6 has also been filed.

Therefore, the defect pointed out by the Registry stands rectified.
