No.8431 of 2022 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with a prayer to permit the appellant to prosecute this second appeal against the legal representatives of sole respondent of Title Appeal No. 43 of 2013 namely Bebi Devi who died on 10.04.2019 after pronouncement of the judgment in the said Title Appeal No. 43 of 2013 on 28.01.2019 but prior to filing of this appeal on 08.05.2019. It is next submitted that Bebi Devi has left behind his only two legal representatives who are already parties to this appeal as respondent nos.1 and 2.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the appellant is permitted to continue with this second appeal against the two respondents of this second appeal.

This interlocutory application is disposed of accordingly.

The learned counsel for the appellant prays for eight weeks' time to remove the defects as pointed out by the stamp reporter.

The appellant is directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the stamp reporter within eight weeks, failing which, this appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
