Heard the parties.
The matter relates to SARFAESI Act and as per the judgment
passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Authorized
Officer, State Bank of Travancore & Anr. Vs. Mathew K.C., (2018)
3 SCC 85, the writ application is not maintainable and consequently,
the Civil Misc. Petition is also not maintainable. Hence, this Letters
Patent Appeal is dismissed. However, there shall be no orders as to
costs.
