Counsel for the respondents submits that his Senior is not well today and he seeks an adjournment.
Learned Advocate General submits that in this case a contempt proceeding is going on before learned Single Judge.
Since respondents are seeking for an adjournment, we are unable to take up the application for stay of the impugned judgment. Counsel for the State is at liberty to make a mention before learned Single Judge for adjournment of the contempt case.
