The writ petitioner, who is appearing in person, relies upon

certain observations made by Hon'ble Supreme Court in paragraph

392 of the reported judgment of Rojer Mathew Vs South Indian

Bank Ltd through its Chief Manager [(2020) 6 SCC 1].

The learned Additional Solicitor General of India appearing for

the Union of India shall also take instructions why a Circuit Bench of

Armed Forces Tribunal should not function at Ranchi or any other

suitable place in view of the fact that grievance of the appellant are

considered in the State of Jharkhand itself.
