th Order No. 11/Dated: 19 July, 2023 Mr. Pankaj Kumar Choudhary, the learned counsel for the appellant-Deglal Mahto states that a supplementary affidavit has been filed to show that after availing the privilege of interim bail the convict has surrendered in the Court concerned.

In this Criminal Appeal, the appellants have challenged the judgment of conviction and sentence of imprisonment for life and fine of Rs.25,000/- each under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and RI for 5 years and a fine of Rs.5000/- each under sections 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Let this Criminal Appeal be listed as per period of custody undergone by the appellants.
