Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Indrajit Sinha along with Ankit Vishal has submitted that though the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 9 SCC 657 but at the same time, he has relied upon two judgments passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2006) 6 SCC 604 and (2006) 6 SCC 581 to submit that the equities between the parties be balanced. He has also submitted that admittedly the respondents have not provided any medical facility to the employees of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that he shall examine these two judgments and advance his argument day after tomorrow.
