2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has to engage a Senior Counsel to argue this case and accordingly prays for adjournment.

3. The records of this case reveal that the dispute arises out of agreement between the parties. It is submitted that by the impugned order, not only the security amount has been forfeited, but the petitioner has also been permanently blacklisted.

4. At the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, post this case on 11.01.2023 under the heading for 'Final Disposal'.

5. Learned counsel for the parties are directed to prepare short synopsis of arguments, list of dates and file copies of the judgments which they seek to rely upon, latest by 09.01.2023.
