This appeal will be heard on the following substantial question of law:-

"Whether the Commissioner of Employees Compensation has committed perversity by not awarding any interest on the compensation amount and not including the diet allowance in the wages of the deceased in the impugned judgment and award?"

Call for the Lower Court Records. Mr. G.C.Jha receives notice of the appeal on behalf of respondent no 6.

Issue notice to the respondents except the respondent no.6. The appellants are directed to file requisites for service of notice on the respondents except the respondent no.6 by registered post with A/D as well as under ordinary process within four weeks failing which; this appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.

Rule is made returnable within six weeks. List this appeal after receipt of the service report of the notice issued to the respondents except the respondent no.6.
