09/27.02.2023: Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a Letters Patent Appeal is pending against the judgment dated 07.09.2016 passed in W.P.(S) No.5235 of 2015, in which petitioner has raised similar claim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in that matter subject to pendency of Letters Patent Appeal, the amount has been paid to the writ petitioner. He prays for similar treatment.

Considering the fact, the Letters Patent Appeal is pending, this case is adjourned for four weeks.

In the meantime, learned counsel for the respondents will inform about the status of Letters Patent Appeal.
