Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the State seeks adjournment to file a comprehensive counter-affidavit in this case particularly with respect to the articles in order to bring it on record during the course of trial as material exhibits to substantiate the charges levelled against the accused person.

In the meantime, let the present status of the case be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of this case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.

The report must be received within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
