In this writ application, a prayer has been made for conclusion of investigation in connection with Katras P.S. Case No. 367/2013 and a challenge to the order dated 24.07.2014 passed by the respondent no. 2 by which the arrest of the accused persons were stayed till the submission of the supervision note.
At the outset, learned S.C.-II has submitted that Katras P.S. Case No. 367/2013 has come to its logical conclusion as judgment has already been delivered by the learned trial court on 13.01.2020.
In view of the above, therefore, the prayer made in this writ application has become infructuous and this writ application accordingly stands disposed off.
