06/23.08.2023 In regard to service of notice to op no.2, the affidavit has not been filed on behalf of the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that against the same impugned judgment, Criminal Revision No.174 of 2023 is also pending between Tanya Basu @ Bose @ Tanya Bose @ Taniya Basu versus The State of Jharkhand and another, in which, the date 06.09.2023 is fixed for hearing and the LCR has been called for. The op no.2, in both the cases, is one and same person.

As prayed, list this case on 06.09.2023 alongwith Cr. Revision No. 174 of 2023.
