Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that although I.A. No. 4681 of 2022 has been filed for condonation of delay however in view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Suo Motu Writ (Civil) No. 03 of 2020 the Office on its consideration has given a report that the instant appeal has been filed within time.

Learned counsel for the appellant, in view thereof, intended not to press the instant interlocutory application.

Accordingly, I.A. No. 4681 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed.
