1. Nobody appears on behalf of the appellant. Learned counsel for the State is present.

2. The present acquittal appeal has been filed on 11.10.2017 but it is still under defect.

3. The present case has been filed against the order of acquittal dated 05.09.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur reversing the judgment of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.

4. With a view to give one more opportunity, three weeks' time is granted to remove the surviving defects as pointed out by the office failing which the present acquittal appeal shall be dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
