1. Nobody appears on behalf of the appellant. Learned counsel for the State is present.

2. The present acquittal appeal has been filed on 16.08.2021 but it is still under defect.

3. The present case has been filed against the judgment of acquittal dated 08.04.2021 passed in SC/ST Case No.04 of 2012 by the learned Special Judge SC/ST (POA) Act, Palamau.

4. With a view to give one more opportunity, six weeks' time is granted to remove the surviving defects as pointed out by the office failing which the present acquittal appeal shall be dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
