6/ 14.09.2022 This interlocutory application has been filed for extension of time granted by order dated 16.04.2019 for removing the defect as per S.R. dated 20.11.2018.

Ms. Anjali Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the appellants submit that by order dated 16.4.2019, the appellants were directed to remove the defects within two weeks. Though all the defects have been removed, except defect no. 1, which relates to correction in the certified copy of the decree under appeal, which differs from the judgment of the appellate court below.

In the facts of this case, let the certified copy of the decree under appeal as also the judgment of the appellate court below be sent back to the Court concerned for necessary correction.

This interlocutory application is accordingly allowed.
