With reference to the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Manjit Singh v. State of Punjab and Anr." (2020) 18 SCC 777, Mr. Abhilash Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking adjournment to enable the petitioner to explore possibility of an amicable settlement with the informant.
On the oral request of Mr. Abhilash Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, the informant, Sheo Ram is added as O.P No.2 in the present proceeding.
Let necessary correction be done by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the memo of this revision petition with red ink during course of the day.
Issue notice to O.P No.2 for which requisites etc. under registered cover with A/D as well as through ordinary process must be filed within two weeks.
