Order No. 10: Dated: 17th October, 2022 Learned counsels for the petitioners as well as for the State are present.

It has been pointed out that two I.As. have been filed on behalf of the petitioners as well as on behalf of the O.P. No. 2.

I.A. No. 2537 of 2017 has been filed on behalf of the O.P. NO. 2 and I.A. No. 4233 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioners for early hearing of the present Cr.M.P.

Since the matter has been taken up both the I.A. N petitions has become infructuous. Accordingly, both the I.As. i.e. I.A. No. 2537 of 2017 and I.A. No. 4233 of 2019 get disposed of.

This case is listed after 2019, let status report be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of the case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.

The report must be received within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
