Learned counsel for the appellants and learned Addl.P.P. for the State are present and jointly submitted that it appears that there is a typographical mistake in the impugned judgment the P.S. Case has been mentioned as the Jasidih (Kunda) P.S. Case No. 14/2000 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 316 of 2000 whereas in fact the case is related to the Deoghar (Kunda) P.S. Case No. 141 of 2000 corresponding to G.R. Case No. No. 616 of 2000 dated 12.08.2000.

In this view of the matter, let the LCR be sent back to the concerned court to do the needful in this regard.
