05/11.05.2022 Though a counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent no.3 State Tax Officer, Bokaro Circle, Bokaro but learned counsel for the respondents State submits that the matter may be adjourned for three weeks, so that the respondents may take a decision on the refund application pending before them, in accordance with law and keeping into mind the judgment rendered by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.8129/2019 dated 13th April 2021 in the case of Ghanshyam Mishra & Sons Pvt. Ltd. through the Authorized Signatory Vs. Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd. through the Director & Ors. and a batch of analogous matters including Civil Appeal No.7147-7150/2020 arising out of a judgment of this Court in the case of the same petitioner.

As prayed for, list the case on 9th June 2022.
