Mr. Niranjan Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioners is seeking adjournment.
Before the appellate Court, Babajee Mahto who is the informant was a party, however, in the present proceedings he has not been arrayed as an opposite party.
On the request of Mr. Niranjan Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioners permission is granted for making the informant as opposite party no.2 in the present criminal revision petition.
Let necessary correction be done by the learned counsel for the petitioners with red ink during course of the day.
Registry to issue notice to newly added opposite party no.2 for which necessary steps shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Mr. Niranjan Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that both parties are agnates and therefore the petitioners shall explore possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute in view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Manohar Singh v. State of Madhya Pradesh & Anr." (2014) 13 SCC 75.
