Mr. Ashok Kumar, the learned APP, appears for the State.

Mr. Ankur Anand, the learned counsel for the petitioner, is seeking adjournment on the ground that he could not collect the case records from the office. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the dispute in the matter arose out of matrimonial discord between husband and wife, in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Manohar Singh v. State of Madhya Pradesh & Anr." (2014) 13 SCC 75 the petitioner shall explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute with his wife.
