12/02.05.2022 Learned ASGI has placed the order dated 22.04.2022 passed in S.l.P.(C) No. 1770-1771 of 2022 by the Apex Court. The S.L.P. (C) arises out of the final judgment and order dated 06.09.2021 passed in C.M.P. No. 282 of 2017 with I.A. No. 7440 of 2017 by the learned Division Bench of this Court. He submits that the operation of the impugned order has been stayed and the respondent/ petitioner has already accepted notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the matter is in seisin of the Apex Court.

In that view of the matter, the matter is adjourned for 8 weeks. List it thereafter.
