1. I.A. No.1431 of 2022 has been filed filed by the revisionist seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision application.
2. The present revision application has been filed against the judgment dated 02.12.2019, passed by the court of learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-V, Ranchi in Cr. Appeal No.164 of 2018, whereby the appeal has been allowed and the O.P. Nos.02 & 03 have been acquitted from the charges under Sections 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned A.P.P is present.
4. I.A. No.1431 of 2022 stands allowed and the present criminal revision application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
