03/31.03.2022. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 seeks two weeks' time for

taking instruction.

I.A. No.1967 of 2022 has been filed for extension of interim order

dated 10.11.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the recent

judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing

of Road Agency Private Limited & another v. Central Bureau of

Investigation, reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299, it was necessitated to file

this I.A.

In view of the above facts and considering that opposite party no.2 is

seeking time, the prayer made in the said I.A. is allowed.

Interim order dated 10.11.2017 is extended, till the next date.

Accordingly, I.A. No.1967 of 2022 stands disposed of.

Let this matter appear for Admission after two weeks.
