Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has filed this interlocutory application with a prayer for getting the certified copy of the charge sheet of Case Number being R.C. 07(A)/1997-R Patna, statement of P.W.27 namely Ram Avtar Khetan in R.C. Case No.04 (A)/1997-(R) and the Judgment of R.C. Case No.04 (A)/1997-(R) dated 27.09.2018 passed by the Special Judge, C.B.I., Ranchi.
Learned counsel for the C.B.I. prays for three weeks' time to file a reply.
The respondent-C.B.I. is directed to file its reply if any, keeping in view that some of the appellants are in custody by 13.04.2022 positively as the last chance and the learned counsel for the appellant if so advised, may file any rejoinder to this interlocutory application by 22.04.2022 and this interlocutory application will be taken up peremptorily on 26.04.2022 for hearing.

Heard Mr. Jitendra Shankar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant in part in Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No.444 of 2019 and the learned counsel took the Court to the depositions of P.Ws.43, 45 and P.W.23 as well as Ext. F 1 which is the deposition of P.W.23 in another case being R.C. No.11(A)/1997-D.
The learned counsel for the appellant prays for time because of his nonavailability because of some personal engagement. Prayer for time is allowed. List these appeals on 26.04.2022 for further hearing on the merits of the appeals.
