In two separate trials by separate judgments, Guardianship Case filed by the maternal grandfather has been decreed while Guardianship Case filed by the grandfather of the minor child Md. Wafi was dismissed. The grandfather is in appeal against the judgment dated 5th October 2018 in Original Suit No. 4 of 2015 and judgment dated 5 th October 2018 in Guardian Misc. Case No. 5 to 2014.

Post these matters on 21st March 2022.
