The wife is aggrieved of a part of the judgment in Original Suit No. 76 of 2018.
Her grievance is that inspite of her laying sufficient materials on record before the learned Family Court Judge which would have made her entitled for grant of a large amount of alimony, the learned Family Court Judge has granted permanent alimony of Rupees Twenty Five Lacs only.
The petitioner in-person has appeared and seeks permission of the Court for filing her written submissions.
Permission is granted.
She has served a copy of the written submissions upon Mr. Manoj Tandon, the learned counsel for the respondent.
Since this matter has appeared on Board for the first time after it was admitted for hearing vide order dated 15th September 2021, Mr. Manoj Tandon, the learned counsel for the respondent, is seeking adjournment by two weeks for filing his written submissions alongwith judgments, if any.
Post this matter on 24th March 2022 under the heading "Final Disposal".
