Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Indrajit Sinha assisted by learned counsel, Mr. Vijay Kant Dubey and learned counsel for the respondent / Union of India, Mr. Sunil Kumar.

Learned counsel for the respondent Union of India has relied upon the judgment passed by the Apex Court in the case of Director, Steel Authority of India Vs. Ispat Khadan Janta Mazdoor Union reported in (2019) 7 SCC 440 (para-5 Onwards) and has submitted that subsequent notification, which has been assailed vide Annexure- 5 does not require any interference by this Court in view of Section 10(2) of the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter may be adjourned for the next week, so as to examine this judgment.

Considering the same, let the matter appear before this Court on 04.03.2022.
