1. The present revision application has been filed against the judgment dated 15.10.2015, passed under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Lohardaga (Additional Charge) in Maintenance Petition No.27 of 2013, whereby the maintenance amount of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) per month in favour of mother/ O.P. No.02 has been awarded along with the litigation cost of Rs.3,000/-.
2. On instruction, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the O.P. No.02 has died, during the pendency of the revision application and as such seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal revision application.
3. Learned A.P.P is present.
4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the revisionist, the present criminal revision application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
