6/ 11.02.2022 This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to correct the typographical error in the order dated 5th January, 2017 passed in W.P.(S) No. 5674 of 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph 2 of the judgment at page 2 in the first line it has been typed that the petitioner is working as Reader in Commerce in Karim City College under Kolhan University, Chaibasa, but, in fact, the petitioner is a Reader in Chemistry of Science Stream and not for Commerce. He prays for correcting the said fact.

The State, University and the Jharkhand Public Service Commission have got no objection.

Considering the submissions above, in the first line at page 2 of order dated 5th January, 2017 passed in W.P.(S) No.5674 of 2016, the words "Reader in Commerce" be read as "Reader in Chemistry of Science Stream.

With the aforesaid correction in the order dated 5th January, 2017 passed in W.P.(S) No.5674 of 2016, this civil miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
