The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

18/07.02.2022: Nobody appears on behalf of the appellant.
The case has been filed on 30.08.2016 which stood dismissed for non- compliance of the order dated 27.02.2018. Subsequently, it has been restored and the delay in filing appeal has been condoned. Still defects have not been removed and today also, nobody has appeared on behalf of the appellant.
This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 21.04.2016 passed by learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-X, Ranchi in Cr. Appeal No.75 of 2013, by which judgment dated 23.02.2013 passed by learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in C-II Case No.35 of 2004 has been set aside.
In view of the attitude of the counsel for the appellant, present appeal is hereby, dismissed.
Pending, I.A., if any, also stands dismissed.
