The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

1. The present revision application has been filed against the judgment dated 08.10.2021, passed under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C., by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Latehar, in Original Maintenance Case No.30 of 2019, whereby the maintenance of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) per month has been awarded in favour of O.P. No.02/ the father.

2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that impugned judgment is ex-parte. The revisionist could not participate in the proceedings as he has remained posted at different stations.

3. Learned A.P.P is present.

4. The impugned order is dated 08.10.2021 while the present revision application has been filed on 12.01.2022, i.e., within three months.

In view of the above facts and considering the nature of proceedings, the present criminal revision application is, hereby, disposed of giving liberty to the revisionist to approach the court below under Section 126 of the Cr.P.C. If any such petition is filed, within two weeks from today, the court below is directed to decide the same on its own merit and without considering the limitation period as the revisionist has approached this Court within time.

5. With the above observation and direction, the present criminal revision application stands disposed of.
