The aforesaid interlocutory application has been filed for withdrawal of the instant Writ Petition.
Mr. M. S. Mittal, learned Senior counsel assisted by learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Salona Mittal and Mr. S. K. Deo has submitted that in view of the judgment passed by the Apex Court, the matter has already been set at rest, as such, he does not want to press the instant Writ Petition as the revised bill has already been issued by the respondent- JUVNL.
Mr. Mukesh Kr. Sinha, learned counsel for the respondent- JUVNL has no objection.
Accordingly, the prayer made in the aforesaid I.A. is hereby allowed.
The aforesaid Writ Petition stands dismissed, as withdrawn.
