This criminal revision petition has been filed against the judgment of conviction of the petitioner under section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

2. By an order dated 04th May 2016, the petitioner has been enlarged on bail and by the said order notice was issued to OP No. 2.

3. Mr. Mukesh Kumar Dubey, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that notice has been served upon OP No. 2.

4. The office report dated 28th September 2019 would disclose that notice issued by this Court has been personally received by OP No. 2, however, she has yet not appeared in the present proceeding.

5. In the aforesaid facts, reserving a right with the OP no. 2 to engage a counsel of her choice, Mrs. Aanya, the learned counsel is appointed as Amicus to argue this criminal revision petition on behalf of OP no. 2.

6. Registry shall provide a complete set of paper book along with all the necessary documents to the learned Amicus.

7. Let name of Mrs. Aanya, the learned Amicus appear in the cause list.

8. The learned Amicus shall be paid Rs. 5,500/- for each date of hearing. The fee for the learned Amicus shall be paid by the Department of Home, Government of Jharkhand.

9. Let a copy of the order be given to Mrs. Aanya, the learned

Amicus.

10. With reference to order dated 04 th May 2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though this criminal revision petition was admitted only on the question of sentence, the petitioner may be permitted to argue the present criminal revision on merits.

11. Permission is granted.

12. Post this matter for 06th January 2023 under the heading "Orders".
