09/18.08.2022 The present appeal has been preferred by the victim against the order of
acquittal passed by the appellate court vide judgment dated 21.05.2018.
In view of the order passed by this Court on 16.08.2022 in Acquittal Appeal No.144 of 2019, the present appeal is maintainable.
Issue notice upon the respondent Nos.2 and 3 by both processes i.e. by registered post with A/D as well as ordinary process, for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.
Call for the scanned copy of lower court record from the court concerned. In view of the judgment, I.A. No.1594 of 2020 and I.A. No.3560 of 2019 stand disposed of as the same carries no meaning.
