08/16.08.2022             This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment of conviction and

order of sentence dated 23.09.2013 and 03.09.2013 respectively passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, FTC, Dhanbad in S.T. No.103 of 2010, whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section 376 of IPC and sentenced to undergo R.I. for seven years with a fine of Rs.20,000/-.

A report has been received from the court below. From perusal of report, it appears that the appellant after serving out the sentence has been released on 14.09.2019. He has served even the default punishment.

Since the sentence has already been served out, the present appeal is, hereby, disposed of.
