10/11.08.2022 Learned counsel Mr. Amitabh appearing on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant Mr. Ramakant Tiwari, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

The appeal is directed against the judgment dated 02.02.2021 and decree dated 09.02.2021 passed in Original Suit No. 114 of 2019 by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro whereby the learned Family Court has decreed the suit by dissolution of marriage between the parties subject to payment of Rs.15.00 Lakhs towards permanent alimony and future maintenance.

However, in view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. I.A. No. 4413 of 2022 seeking withdrawal of the appeal also stands disposed of.
