The report called for has been received from the concerned court, by which, it appears that the case pending in the concerned court below vide complaint case C/1 Case No.1898 of 2008 has been disposed of on 26.2.2019, by which the judgment delivered by the concerned court, under which, the accused persons namely Binay Kumar Sharma and Umesh Kumar Sahu had been acquitted.

In this view of the matter, this case has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is dismissed.
