2. Ms. Archana Kumari appears on behalf of the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order dated 06.09.2017 and has submitted that the claim of promotion to the petitioner has been arbitrary rejected by the respondents in the impugned order.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents while referring to the impugned order has submitted that the petitioner was working in work charged establishment where there are no promotional avenues. She also submits that work charged establishment is not a permanent establishment and the post of ring man was never sanctioned. She also submits that as per the impugned order there was complete ban on appointment as well as sanctioning the post in work charged establishment. Therefore the case of the petitioner for promotion has been rejected.

5. At this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the case may be listed on 16.08.2022 and submits that he will examine the case further and also produce the copy of the judgment on which he seeks to rely upon on the next date of hearing.

6. At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, matter is adjourned and is directed to be listed on 16.08.2022 under the heading for 'Final Disposal'.

7. It will be open to the counsel for the parties to file their short synopsis of argument, list of dates and also copy of the judgments on which they seek to rely upon.
