14/ 02.08.2022 The appellant is present. The respondent, with two minor children- Arya, Class XII, Commerce and Sunidhi, Class VI, studying in D.A.V., Bariatu, is also present. The mother of the respondent-Mukta Sinha is also present.
We had interactions with the parties and the children in the presence of their counsel. We deem it proper to call for a report from the Principal, D.A.V. School, Bariatu about the present status of the studies and the progress report of the children in the last class they have attended. Let the said report be furnished within three weeks from today.
Meanwhile, learned counsel for the parties would explore the possibility of expanding the visitation arrangement made by the learned family court by the impugned judgment.
List the case accordingly on 25th August, 2022. The parties and children need not appear on the next date.
